Recipe adapted from Better Homes and Gardens:
1/2 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
milk, thin to desired consistency
Add all ingredients into the blender and voila - delicious smoothie ready to go!
Recipe serves 2
